How to reach us

The following addresses reach the course team. Pick the one that fits your requirement and send from your registered email address with your concerns.

hello@irontide.academy: general enquiries and any questions you may have about the course.

support@irontide.academy: learner support. Account access, purchases and refunds, certificate issues, and anything that is not working the way it should.

dpo@irontide.academy: privacy and data protection. Requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and any question about how your data is handled.

security@irontide.academy: responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities in the course platform or our sites. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not progressed beyond Module 02. Progressing beyond Module 02 means opening any lesson, or attempting any assessment, in Module 03 or any later module. Refund eligibility ends at whichever comes first: 14 days from purchase, or progression beyond Module 02.

To request a refund, write to support@irontide.academy from your registered email address. If a purchase is refunded, course access ends and any certificate of completion issued to the account is revoked and recorded as revoked on the public verification page. The full policy is set out in our terms of purchase.

Reporting a problem or content error

If you find an error in the course material, or something is not working as expected, write to support@irontide.academy. For a content error, please include the lesson name and number and quote the passage so we can locate and correct it.

We are a small team but you can look forward to a response in three business days.
