Terms of purchase
The seller
The course is sold and operated by Irontide Academy. In these terms, Irontide, we, and us refer to Irontide Academy.
The purchase
The course is sold as a single one-time purchase. It unlocks all 13 modules, the knowledge assessments, and the certificate of completion path. There is no subscription and no recurring fee. Access continues for as long as the service operates; if the service were ever to be retired, reasonable notice would be given. Prices are stated in United States dollars; any applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout by our payment provider, and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; your payment receipt comes from Stripe.
Your licence
Your purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable licence to study the course. One account per learner. The course content, including all text, figures, and assessments, is the copyright of Irontide; you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or use it to train or provide competing materials.
The certificate
The certificate of completion records that you completed this course and its assessments. It is not an accreditation, a professional qualification, a licence, or a certification by any regulator or professional body, and it carries no continuing education credit. Certificates carry a unique serial number and can be verified by anyone at learn.irontide.academy/verify. The name printed on the certificate must be your real name as you would present it professionally; a certificate issued with a false or offensive name may be revoked. A certificate may also be revoked if it was obtained through misrepresentation or account sharing. A revoked certificate is recorded as revoked on the verification page, and stays that way unless we later reinstate it. We keep a record of every revocation and reinstatement.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not progressed beyond Module 02.
Progressing beyond Module 02 means opening any lesson, or attempting any assessment, in Module 03 or any later module.
By purchasing you ask us to provide immediate access to the full course, and you acknowledge that your refund eligibility ends at whichever comes first: 14 days from purchase, or progression beyond Module 02.
If a purchase is refunded, course access ends and any certificate of completion issued to the account is revoked and recorded as revoked on the public verification page. Your progress records are retained so access can be restored if you purchase again.

Fair use and conduct
We may suspend accounts used for scraping, credential sharing, or attempts to extract assessment answer keys. Where an account is suspended for misuse, any certificate issued to it may be revoked.
Changes
The course content is periodically revised to stay current with regulation and market practice. Revisions do not affect your access. Material changes to these terms will be notified to your registered email address.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these terms displaces any mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
